Hey collectors!
My last newsletter was about SPIEL and all the work that goes into having your own booth at a large convention.
Since then, we’ve done it again at the largest con in the Netherlands, Het Spellenspektakel. It was a cool conference, and it was the first time presenting Stamp Showdown to the wider public. Everyone seemed to love and enjoy it, and we all had a blast playing it!
And now we’re looking at which events to attend in 2026. Looking to start with Ducosim in Amersfoort on January 10th.
I’ll also attend Spielwarenmesse in Nürnberg, which is a business to business conference. Hoping to meet other publishers!
Stamp Showdown progress
The team and I have been working hard on Stamp Showdown.
The Kickstarter page is ongoing. You can follow the project here:
Illustrations
About 90% of all illustrations are done. We had to change some of the face card illustrations because they had people on them with active personality rights.
Back of the cards
We’ve also changed the backs of the cards to a thematic playing card style pattern.
